Hi, and thank you for your interest. I am a recent PhD graduate from UC San Diego's Department of Economics focusing on environment and natural resources economics. My research centers on how the design of renewable resource-based systems, such as markets for food, can affect environmental quality.
My job market paper titled, "Stock-Generated Externalities: The Principle of Targeting and Foregone Environmental Benefits," (link) provides a theoretical framework for the design of incentives to internalize externalities generated from stocks of renewable natural resources.

I previously held positions at Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA) and the Population Council where I co-authored academic publications on development, education, reproductive health, and survey methods. I received a Master of Pacific International Affairs in 2014 and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies in 2011 from UCSD.
I will join NYU's Institute for Policy Integrity as an Economic Fellow in August 2025. I will then join Hunter College (CUNY) Department of Economics as an Assistant Professor in August 2026.
